Returns Policy

What is our Returns Policy?
 
Our returns policy lasts 14 days.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer. If you go over this return period, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) being returned must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

How do I make a return?

If you wish to return an item, please click here. 

For International Returns please contact hello@thestofficial.com with your order number and we will arrange a return via DHL. Please enter the subject line as ‘International Return’ and quote your order number and reason for returning the items in the e-mail.
